Hey Ivannation, Concorde Hotel Singapore is commemorating its first decade in October 2018. Formerly known as Le Meridien, the hotel was officially taken over by HPL Hotels and Resorts Group on 1st October 2008 and has graciously hosted guests from all over the world ever since.
To commemorate this decade’s milestone, Spices Café, the hotel’s main restaurant will be introducing an Anniversary special for their Harvest of the Sea Buffet Dinner throughout the month of October. Diners are invited to celebrate in style at the restaurant with epicurean delights. Be prepared to be pampered with a complimentary single serving of Half Baked Lobster (choice of cooking style – Cheese, Mentaiko or Plain Grilled) and Braised Baby Abalone with Broccoli and Mushroom, worth over $28.00++ each. Feast like a king with the wallet of a common man while indulging in an extravagant buffet spread that would make any seafood enthusiast clap in approval. Binge on not just one, but four different types of cooked-to-order crabs with an unlimited serving served to you at your table; be it Salted Egg, Black Pepper, Singapore’s Signature Chilli Crab or our Daily Special.
As October marks the beginning of a new milestone, the restaurant has also welcomed a brand new grill to the buffet spread. Eat your fill of BBQ Stingrays, Squids, Prawns, Beef Steaks, Lamb Chops and Pork Loins. Have your juicy meats or seafood paired with your choice of the 6 sauces provided on the side – Barbecue Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Hollandaise Sauce, Mint Sauce and Sambal Chilli. Do not forget to end the celebration meal in a sweet manner with the delightful dessert bar, packed with a plethora of English pastries, cakes and Nonya traditional desserts.
In line with its 10th year Anniversary philanthropic partnership with the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund, the restaurant will also help to raise funds as part of its corporate social responsibility plan through a donation box placed at Spices Café. Guests are invited and encouraged to contribute in the month of October after a satisfying scrumptious meal at the restaurant.
