Widely recognised for serving fresh seafood and a range of multicultural cuisine of Singapore, the 250- seat dining establishment conveniently located beside the hotel lobby presents five thoughtfully curated seafood buffet dinners, each available on different days of the week.

Seafood highlights across the five themes range from Boston lobster, freshly shucked seasonal oysters, grilled sambal stingray, ebi prawn with wasabi mayonnaise, to a whole Norwegian salmon. These highlights are available in addition to a daily range of buffet delights such as slow roast beef striploin, soft shell crab sushi, a live station for laksa, as well as chocolate fondue, offering feasts for both the palate and sight any day of the week.
