For the first episode of Game On! William and Ivan are going to show how you can prepare a cheesecake for your loved one at home. No-baked Cheesecake- Fuss free and full of love! So who can make it better ?
Ingredients needed:
a) 2x 250g cream cheese (PHILADELPHIA or Cowhead)
b) 1 can of nestle cream (170g)
c) 1 cup of warm water (change to earl grey tea if you want earl grey flavour)
d) 2 tablespoon gelatine
e) 3 tablespoon sugar
f) 3 teaspoon of lemon juice
g) 2-3 packet of Oreo Red Velvet cookies for the base (can also use digestive biscuits, Ritz Lemon Sandwich Cracker)
h) Salted butter (230g)
How to make:
1. Finely crush 15 cookies (depend on how big your tray and the thickness you prefer); mix with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of try. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, gelatine and warm water.
3. Bring it to boil and keep stirring it.
4. When it is boiled, pour over the crust; cover. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or until firm.
