Hey all!!! There is a wonderful news! Mr Softee is back in Chendol! All the 80s and 90s kids (Now grown up) would have known about this delicious delight. Mr Softee was a major hot favourite among 7-eleven goers. Fans back then are split into two, the Chendol and Chocolate lovers. It was sadly discontinued in 2000. But Mr Softee strikes back with the Chendol flavour. The exact same taste as it was more then 18 years back.

What is Chendol?

Cendol is an iced sweet dessert that contains a worm-like green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. Also commonly served with sweetened red azuki beans. Other toppings may include peanuts, sweet corn and durian. It is mostly found in Southeast Asia.

You can find this delicious shaved ice dessert in other forms as well. Like ice-cream, cakes, a drink, cupcakes, etc.

Back to the main highlight!!! You can walk down memory lane when you grab a helping of this classic soft serve. Each cup comes at a easy price of only $1.50! The Mr Softee machines are easily recognisable as it takes on the design and colours of the 80s popular arcade game Space Invaders, making them super easy to be spotted at selected 7-Eleven Singapore stores island-wide.

Currently this limited time (Sad, I know right) dessert is available at 10 7-eleven stores. But will be expanded to 37 outlets island wide by September this year.
