Along with the transition into Phase II, the recently renovated
all-day dining restaurant at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Spice Brasserie, reopened for dine-in on 20 July 2020. Following the introduction of the new e-shop featuring signature dishes available for takeout or delivery, the culinary team took advantage of the downtime to refresh the signature Asian Street Food spread, to showcase the region’s popular street dishes
in a la carte buffet style this time round. Enhanced safety measures were put in place to ensure a peace of mind for guests dining in.

Served a la carte style, satisfy your street food cravings with the restaurant’s Signature Black Char Siew Rice, Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice with Egg and Assorted Naan with Goan Fish Curry. Brand new options include the Boston Lobster Laksa and Australian Lamb Shank Briyani.

A La Carte Buffet
Introducing an all-new buffet concept and a new ordering system implemented to minimise contact at Spice Brasserie, diners can feast to their hearts’ content with unlimited servings of the restaurant’s signature creations namely the Crispy Roasted Pork Belly, Charcoal Broken Rice Claypot Porridge with Seafood, and Hand-Tossed flavoured Naan. Welcoming diners for dinner is an expanded spread featuring the all-time favourite Chilli Crab with Mantou, our newest addition like the Truffle Noodles, and more. Available for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays at SGD58 per Adult, and dinner from Mondays to Sundays from SGD48 per Adult.
