Ah Hoi’s Kitchen at JEN Singapore Tanglin is launching an irresistible Rock The Lobsters promotion. With the limited time 1-for-1 offer from 5 March till 25 April 2021, diners will receive an additional lobster for free with every one ordered at just SGD$68++. Guests will relish the experience, handpicking fresh rock lobsters (approximately 500g each) brought to the table and having the chefs cook each lobster in a selection of 10 delectable styles. Lobster lovers will be excited by 10 crave-worthy preparations to choose from, including:
- J65 Lobster Thermidor – A classic recipe! Baked with luxurious creamy cheese and broiled until golden brown.
- Singapore Chilli – Iconic Singapore dish. Need we say more!
- Superior Broth with Vermicelli – Gently poached in a nourishing flavourful soup prepared with Chinese wine, ginger slices and milk.
- Malaysian Kam Heong – As its name suggests, a stir-fried dish with Golden Fragrance” featuring aromatics from Malay, Chinese and Indian cooking.
- Signature Salted Egg – Always a crowd favourite, the lobster is deep-fried till crispy and coated with a buttery, creamy salted egg yolk sauce.
- Mala – Prepared in a hot and numbing Sichuan style, redolent with aromatics especially for spice buffs.
