This is The Line, not just any line but the buffet line. When I say beef, people will immediately think of Wagyu due to it’s amazing marbling of the meat. So placing two of the best things together The Line from Shangri-La Hotel Singapore recently launched their Wagyu Beef night which is happening every Wednesday.

As a meat lover, a FREE flow of Wagyu Beef sounds salivating. The Line is also popular for their huge international buffet spread. So at each section of their buffet you will be able to find a specialize dish dedicated to Wagyu for Wagyu.

The Major Highlight of the night goes to the Wagyu Aburi from the Japanese section. The ratio of beef to rice to sauce is paired perfectly. It is best eaten when it is freshly seared, with a blog torch! The notes of vinegar from the rice and hints of sweetness from the marinated meat can all be felt dancing upon my pallet as they melt in my mouth. I just could not have enough of this !

Wagyu Sukiyaki with mushrooms, tofu, carrots and udon. I highly suggest for you to at least try the soup even if your not a noodle lover. Below you can check out the photos of other delicious highlights of the night.
