Wan is much lauded as a fabulous party venue with great music does not mean food plays second fiddle. And taking the dining experience up not one but several notches is the new inventive menu created by Chef Anthony.
There are now more delicious reasons to visit the restaurant, thanks to
executive chef Anthony’s refreshed menu. It presents a wider repertoire of
modern Asian favourites from appetisers to main courses and desserts.
Located in Suntec Tower 2 facing the circular driveway, Wan Bar + Kitchen
offers diner service with Asian bites, five-course dinners, to-go dons, salads
and late-night snacks. A $79 five-course, bubble tea-pairing dinner featuring Wan’s signature alcoholic concoctions with funky names; Casanova, Girl Next Door, Childhood Sweetheart, Long Distance Relationship, will also be available.
The dishes exemplify Chef Anthony’s playful creativity. His western cooking melds refined but low-frill bistro cooking with dashes of Asian ingredients like mala, chili, peanuts, bandung and chrysanthemums. While their
signature Hokkien Mee remains a staple, the new menu with plates
like Wanton Donuts along with house-made sauces and fiery Mala Mafia
Prawns are reasons to keep revisiting for Wan more good meal.
